Ashley Chapman

MPT, BSc, FCAMPT, CSCS Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Ashley brings her combination of advanced musculoskeletal and pelvic health knowledge, and years of clinical experience to her clients and our team. She holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo. In addition, she is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is certified in dry needling.

After working with pregnant and postpartum women in a traditional physiotherapy setting she realized there was a lack of evidence-based exercise resources for pregnant and postpartum women. She opened Warrior Physiotherapy in 2020 and founded a unique series of group classes focused on strength, conditioning and pelvic floor health for her pregnant and postpartum clients.

Outside of work she loves to connect with family and friends over great food and wine, but her happiest place is escaping to the mountains with her dog Lenny.
