Sydney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary in 2020. During her studies, as well as afterwards, Sydney led aerobic and resistance exercise interventions for the Brain in Motion 2 study, which looked at if and how exercise improves brain blood flow and cognition in older populations at increased risk of Alzheimer's and dementia's. She completed a practicum at the Canadian Sport Institute in the exercise physiology lab, where she worked with elite athletes, and she has continued this work throughout the years. 

Sydney has a passion for showing people how strong they are. She strives to add value to people’s lives by educating, providing a supportive environment, and inspiring others to achieve their goals. Sydney works with a wide range of clients spanning from beginners to the gym, to motor vehicle accident patients, or anyone looking to improve their quality of life. In addition, she teaches prenatal and postpartum lifting groups, helping women through all stages of life.
