Our blended approach allows us to take an individualized approach to our training and rehab. Our model is designed to bridge the gap between traditional physiotherapy exercises and a safe return to everyday activities. This allows us to work with everyone from chronic pain clients, to professional athletes, and everyone in between. Our goal is to not only create a positive, supportive environment, but also one that educates and empowers each person that walks through our door!

Lifting for Two

A 6-week pre-natal workshop taught by a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and a Kinesiologist. Clients can be within 16-32 weeks pregnant, minimal exercise experience required. $299, billable through physiotherapy benefits with a pelvic health assessment.

Mom and Baby
PLACEHOLDER PAYMENT TIMEFRAME
Weekly baby friendly strengthening classes, taught by a pelvic health physiotherapist and kinesiologist. These small group workouts are scaled to clients needs and focus on full body strengthening and conditioning, while working on the pelvic floor and the needs of a mom.
$30 per class billable through physiotherapy benefits with a pelvic health assessment.
Busy Mom Bootcamp
PLACEHOLDER PAYMENT TIMEFRAME
Weekly baby-free strengthening classes that are designed for moms, taking into consideration the pelvic floor and needs of the client. This class is targeted to moms who are back to work or need some time for themselves! Monday’s 7-8 pm.
$30 per class billable through physiotherapy benefits with a pelvic health assessment.

Not right now. Simply pay for your package upfront and you will receive an invoice after every session to submit to your insurance company.

It’s quite simple. You will receive your own training program based on the initial assessment, goals, and injury history. You will be working out with other people in a small group setting but your program will be unique to you. A strength and conditioning coach will be there to take you through each workout.
